To Save America, We Must Dethrone King Obama
The articles that I post is because I think they are of interest to someone else. By posting these articles doesn’t mean that I necessarily agree with every—or any—opinion in the posted article. ~~~~
Incredibly, Obama continues to boldly go where no other president has gone before. Apparently, none of the rules apply to him. Without consequence, at will, Obama ignores laws and the Constitution to implement his progressive/socialist agenda.
America's first black president has morphed into America's first king. All hail King Obama, our supreme ruler. Think about this folks, King Obama has put together his royal court of an unprecedented 32 czars who only answer to him. His czars consist of people who have socialist and communist leanings, many simply do not like America. King Obama's czars, without congressional over sight, set new rules and regulations for our lives; boldly ignoring laws and the U.S. Constitution.
Given Obama's unprecedented government overreaches, when we vote him out in 2012, will His Royal Obamaness surrender the Oval Office? Just kidding. Such a concern is a bit over the top. Right? Right?
Meanwhile, displaying an amazing total disregard for the sanctity of freedom, guess who cheers on Obama's every unprecedented lawless “power grab” and dis of the Constitution; the despicable liberal media.
Most of the mainstream media are liberals promoting their progressive/socialist agenda while calling it journalism. A liberal black presidential candidate was their dream come true. Obama's skin color was a gift from the liberal gods; the ultimate political trump card.
The Left exploits Obama's black skin color as their “Weapon of Mass Intimidation”; a coat of armor insulating him from all opposition and reasonable critique.
Any supplicant daring to question or oppose His Royal Obamaness is forced to endure the liberal media's “shock and awe” battery of accusations of racism and violent intentions.
Is it unfair to say Obama governs more like our king rather than our president? You be the judge.
Obamacare was ruled unconstitutional by a federal judge. King Obama basically said “screw that! I'm implementing it anyway”.
DOMA (Defense of Marriage Act) is the law. King Obama said “I don't like that law and we are not defending its constitutionality”. http://nation.foxnews.com/newt-gingrich/2011/02/25/gingrich-obama-sparks-constitutional-crisis-raises-impeachment-specter
A federal ruling said King Obama's deep offshore drilling moratorium in Louisiana is illegal and ordered it lifted. Again, King Obama simply ignored the federal ruling.
Federal immigration law is much tougher than Arizona's new Law. The Arizona law says if someone is stopped for a traffic violation or suspected of a crime, they must show proper ID. Well dah! All Americans are required to show ID in such situations. King Obama wants members of a special ethnic group to be protected from such inquiry. Thus, King Obama has declared the Arizona law racist and is suing Arizona for enforcing “federal law”. King Obama views illegals as potential future new democrat voting supplicants.http://www.examiner.com/statehouse-in-santa-ana/federal-immigration-law-is-much-tougher-than-arizona-s-new-law
King Obama wants to force health workers to perform abortions whether they like it or not. The “Conscience Rule” protects health workers who refuse to participate in abortions or other medical procedures that go against their moral and religious beliefs. King Obama is working on rescinding that law.
If we have learned nothing else from the passing of Obamacare against the will of 70% of the American people we learned, legal processes be damned, whatever King Obama wants, King Obama gets.
And, let us not forget that King Obama fired the CEO and took over a private sector auto company. Thus, the birth of King Obama Motors.
And what about King Obama's seige of the banking industry. After accepting TARP money, a bank chairman read the tea leaves of things to come; government running his business and dictating salaries. He requested to pay back the TARP money with interest. King Obama denied the bank chairman's request and threatened "adverse" consequences if he persisted.http://online.wsj.com/article/SB123879833094588163.html
The new Black Panther Party is guilty of voter intimidation in Philadelphia. King Obama refuses to press charges against the new Black Panthers; now get this folks, because they are black. His royal enforcer, Attorney General, Eric Holder, who is black, told the House Appropriations subcommittee that the New Black Panther voter intimidation case demeans “my people.”
Holder went on to explain that the suffering of African Americans seeking the right to vote in the South in the 60s far surpass the intimidation white voters recently endured in Philadelphia. So much for any pretense of King Obama dispensing equal justice to all Americans. We're talkin' Affirmative Action justice.
King Obama is systematically taking control of every aspect of our lives. Cramming Obamacare down our throats was a huge step toward achieving his goal. Please read, “20 Ways ObamaCare Will Take Away Our Freedoms”.http://www.fireandreamitchell.com/2010/03/22/20-ways-obamacare-will-take-away-our-freedoms/
Exempting themselves, liberals are notorious for making rules for us supplicants. Queen Michelle Obama recently feasted on high calorie greasy bar-b-que spareribs while seeking to federally mandate/regulate menus and portion sizes in schools, restaurants and etc.
Bottom line, King Obama is out of control. In 2012, We The People MUST raise up with pitchforks of votes to end King Obama's tyrannous reign. American as we know and love it could be lost. Defeat is not an option.
As Vice Chair of The Campaign to Defeat Obama in 2012, I sincerely covet your support.

Dr. Krauthammer's View's of Obama
The articles that I post is because I think they are of interest to someone else. By posting these articles doesn’t mean that I necessarily agree with every—or any—opinion in the posted article. ~~~~
Dr. Krauthammer is frequently on the Fox News Channel. He is an M.D., a lawyer and is paralyzed from the neck down. A friend went to hear Charles Krauthammer. He listened with 25 others in a closed room. What he says here, is NOT 2nd-hand but 1st. The ramifications are staggering for us, our children and their children.
Last Monday was a profound evening, Dr. Charles Krauthammer spoke to the Center for the American Experiment. He is a brilliant intellectual, seasoned & articulate. He is forthright and careful in his analysis, and never resorts to emotions or personal insults. He is NOT a fear monger nor an extremist in his comments and views. He is a fiscal conservative, and has received a Pulitzer Prize for writing. He is a frequent contributor to Fox News and writes weekly for the Washington Post. The entire room was held spellbound during his talk. I have summarized his comments, as we are living in uncharted waters economically and internationally. Even 2 Dems at my table agreed with everything he said! If you feel like forwarding this to those who are open minded and have not drunk the Kool-Aid, feel free...
Summary of his comments:
1. Mr. Obama is a very intellectual, charming individual. He is not to be underestimated. He is a cool customer who doesn't show his emotions. It's very hard to know what's behind the mask. The taking down of the Clinton dynasty was an amazing accomplishment. The Clintons still do not understand what hit them. Obama was in the perfect place at the perfect time.
2. Obama has political skills comparable to Reagan and Clinton. He has a way of making you think he's on your side, agreeing with your position, while doing the opposite. Pay no attention to what he SAYS; rather, watch what he DOES!
3. Obama has a ruthless quest for power. He did not come to Washington to make something out of himself, but rather to change everything, including dismantling capitalism. He can't be straightforward on his ambitions, as the public would not go along. He has a heavy hand, and wants to level the playing field with income redistribution and punishment to the achievers of society. He would like to model the USA to Great Britain or Canada.
4. His three main goals are to control ENERGY, PUBLIC EDUCATION, and NATIONAL HEALTHCARE by the Federal government. He doesn't care about the auto or financial services industries, but got them as an early bonus. The cap and trade will add costs to everything and stifle growth. Paying for FREE college education is his goal. Most scary is his healthcare program, because if you make it FREE and add 46,000,000 people to a Medicare-type single-payer system, the costs will go through the roof. The only way to control costs is with massive RATIONING of services, like in Canada . God forbid!
5. He has surrounded himself with mostly far-left academic types. No one around him has ever even run a candy store. But they are going to try and run the auto, financial, banking and other industries. This obviously can't work in the long run. Obama is not a socialist; rather he's a far-left secular progressive bent on nothing short of revolution. He ran as a moderate, but will govern from the hard left. Again, watch what he does, not what he says.
6. Obama doesn't really see himself as President of the United States, but more as a ruler over the world. He sees himself above it all, trying to orchestrate & coordinate various countries and their agendas. He sees moral equivalency in all cultures. His apology tour in Germany and England was a prime example of how he sees America, as an imperialist nation that has been arrogant, rather than a great noble nation that has at times made errors. This is the first President ever who has chastised our allies and appeased our enemies!
7. He is now handing out goodies. He hopes that the bill (and pain) will not come due until after he is reelected in 2012. He would like to blame all problems on Bush from the past, and hopefully his successor in the future. He has a huge ego, and Dr. Krauthammer believes he is a narcissist.
8.. Republicans are in the wilderness for a while, but will emerge strong. Republicans are pining for another Reagan, but there will never be another like him. Krauthammer believes Mitt Romney, Tim Pawlenty & Bobby Jindahl (except for his terrible speech in February) are the future of the party. Newt Gingrich is brilliant, but has baggage. Sarah Palin is sincere and intelligent, but needs to really be seriously boning up on facts and info if she is to be a serious candidate in the future. We need to return to the party of lower taxes, smaller government, personal responsibility, strong national defense, and state's rights.
9. The current level of spending is irresponsible and outrageous. We are spending trillions that we don't have. This could lead to hyperinflation, depression or worse. No country has ever spent themselves into prosperity. The media is giving Obama, Reid and Pelosi a pass because they love their agenda. But eventually the bill will come due and people will realize the huge bailouts didn't work, nor will the stimulus package. These were trillion-dollar payoffs to Obama's allies, unions and the Congress to placate the left, so he can get support for #4 above.
10. The election was over in mid-September when Lehman brothers failed, fear and panic swept in, we had an unpopular President, and the war was grinding on indefinitely without a clear outcome. The people are in pain, and the mantra of change caused people to act emotionally. Any Dem would have won this election; it was surprising it was as close as it was.
11. In 2012, if the unemployment rate is over 10%, Republicans will be swept back into power. If it's under 8%, the Dems continue to roll. If it's between 8-10%, it will be a dogfight. It will all be about the economy. I hope this gets you really thinking about what's happening in Washington and Congress. There is a left-wing revolution going on, according to Krauthammer, and he encourages us to keep the faith and join the loyal resistance. The work will be hard, but we're right on most issues and can reclaim our country, before it's far too late.

First Newspaper to Call for Impeachment
The articles that I post is because I think they are of interest to someone else. By posting these articles doesn’t mean that I necessarily agree with every—or any—opinion in the posted article.
From: The Washington Times
KUHNER: President's socialist takeover must be stopped
President Obama has engaged in numerous high crimes and misdemeanors. The Democratic majority in Congress is in peril as Americans reject his agenda. Yet more must be done: Mr. Obama should be impeached. He is slowly - piece by painful piece - erecting a socialist dictatorship. We are not there - yet. But he is putting America on that dangerous path. He is undermining our constitutional system of checks and balances; subverting democratic procedures and the rule of law; presiding over a corrupt, gangster regime; and assaulting the very pillars of traditional capitalism.
Like Venezuela 's leftist strongman, Hugo Chavez, Mr. Obama is bent on imposing a revolution from above - one that is polarizing America along racial, political and ideological lines. Mr. Obama is the most divisive president since Richard Nixon. His policies are Balkanizing the country. It's time for him to go. He has abused his office and violated his oath to uphold the Constitution. His health care overhaul was rammed through Congress. It was - and remains -opposed by a majority of the people. It could only be passed through bribery and political intimidation.
The Louisiana Purchase, the Cornhusker Kickback, the $5 billion Medicaid set-aside for Florida Sen. Bill Nelson - taxpayer money was used as a virtual slush fund to buy swing votes. Moreover, the law is blatantly unconstitutional: the federal government does not have the right to coerce every citizen to purchase a good or service. This is not in the Constitution, and it represents an unprecedented expansion of power.
Yet Obamacare's most pernicious aspect is its federal funding of abortion. Pro-lifers are now compelled to have their tax dollars used to subsidize insurance plans that allow for the murder of unborn children. This is more than state-sanctioned infanticide. It violates the conscience rights of religious citizens. Traditionalists - evangelicals, Catholics, Baptists, Muslims, Orthodox Jews - have been made complicit in an abomination that goes against their deepest religious values. As the law is implemented (as in Pennsylvania ) the consequences of the abortion provisions will become increasingly apparent. The result will be a cultural civil war. Pro-lifers will become deeply alienated from society; among many, a secession of the heart is taking place. Mr. Obama is waging a frontal assault on property rights.
The BP oil spill is a case in point. BP clearly is responsible for the spill and its massive economic and environmental damage to the Gulf. There is a legal process for claims to be adjudicated, but Mr. Obama has behaved more like Mr. Chavez or Russia 's Vladimir Putin: He has bullied BP into setting up a $20 billion compensation fund administered by an Obama appointee. In other words, the assets of a private company are to be raided to serve a political agenda. Billions will be dispensed arbitrarily in compensation to oil-spill victims - much of it to Democratic constituents. This is cronyism and creeping authoritarianism at its worst.
Mr. Obama's multicultural socialism seeks to eradicate traditional America . He has created a command-and-control health care system. He has essentially nationalized the big banks, the financial sector, the automakers and the student loan industry. He next wants to pass "cap-and-trade," which would bring industry and manufacturing under the heel of big government. The state is intervening in every aspect of American life - beyond its constitutionally delegated bounds.
Under Mr. Obama, the Constitution has become a meaningless scrap of paper. To provide the shock troops for his socialist takeover, Mr. Obama calls for "comprehensive immigration reform" - granting amnesty to 12 million to 20 million illegal aliens. This would forge a permanent Democratic electoral majority. It would sound the death knell for our national sovereignty. Amnesty rewards lawlessness and criminal behavior; it signifies the surrender of our porous southern border to a massive illegal invasion. It means the death of American nationhood. We will no longer be a country, but the colony of a global socialist empire.
Rather than defending our homeland, Mr. Obama's Justice Department has sued Arizona for its immigration law. He is siding with criminals against his fellow Americans. His actions desecrate his constitutional oath to protect U.S. citizens from enemies foreign and domestic. He is thus encouraging more illegal immigration as Washington refuses to protect our borders. Mr. Obama's decision on this case is treasonous. As president, he is supposed to respect the rule of law.
Instead, his administration has dropped charges of voter intimidation against members of the New Black Panther Party. This was done even though their menacing behavior was caught on tape: men in military garb brandishing clubs and threatening whites at a polling site. A Justice Department lawyer intimately involved in the case, J. Christian Adams, resigned in protest. Mr. Adams says that under Mr. Obama, there is a new policy: Cases involving black defendants and white victims - no matter how much they cry for justice - are not to be prosecuted. This is more than institutionalized racism. It is an abrogation of civil rights laws.
The Justice Department's behavior is illegal. It poses a direct threat to the integrity of our democracy and the sanctity of our electoral process. Corruption in the administration is rampant. Washington no longer has a government; rather, it has a gangster regime. The Chicago way has become the Washington way.
Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel is a political hit man. He is an amoral, ruthless operator. It was Mr. Emanuel who reached out to Rep. Joe Sestak, Pennsylvania Democrat, offering a high-ranking job in the hopes of persuading Mr. Sestak to pull out of the primary against Sen. Arlen Specter. It was Mr. Emanuel who offered another government position to Andrew Romanoff to do the same in the Colorado Democratic Senate primary. And it was Mr. Emanuel - as the trial of former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich has revealed - who acted as the go-between to try to have Valerie Jarrett parachuted into Mr. Obama's former Senate seat. The only question was: What did Mr. Blagojevich want in exchange?
This is not simply sleazy Chicago machine politics. It is the systematic breaking of the law - bribery, attempt to interfere (and manipulate) elections using taxpayer-funded jobs, influence peddling and abuse of power.
The common misperception on the right is that Mr. Obama is another Jimmy Carter: an incompetent liberal whose presidency is being reduced to rubble under the onslaught of repeated failures. The very opposite, however, is true. He is the most consequential president in our lifetime, transforming America into something our Founding Fathers would find not only unrecognizable, but repugnant.
Like all radical revolutionaries, he is consumed by the pursuit of power - attaining it, wielding it and maximizing it. Mr. Obama's fledgling thug state must be stopped.
If Republicans win back Congress in November, they should - and likely will - launch formal investigations into this criminal, scandal-ridden administration. Rep. Darrell Issa, California Republican and ranking member of the Oversight and Government Reform Committee, has promised as much. Mr. Obama has betrayed the American people. Impeachment is the only answer.
This usurper must fall.

Who Are The 81 Socialists In Congress?
Who Are The 81 Socialists In Congress?
Introduction:
Before we answer the question posed above, it is vitally important to understand that those within the radical left wing movement in America today no longer call themselves "socialists" or "communists" (or even "liberals" in some cases).
The radical left wing has rebranded itself as the "Progressive Movement" and "Progressives" are presently operating at the highest levels in our government and advancing their socialist ideology, while shielded from the vilifying labels of "communism" and "socialism". Why was rebranding necessary? Why do socialists and communists now call themselves "Progressives"? Part of the answer can be found in a recent PEW Research Center survey which indicated that 68% of Americans react positively to the word "Progressive" while only 23% have a negative reaction. On the other hand, 59% of Americans have a negative reaction to the word "Socialism" while only 29% have a positive reaction to the word.
But don't be confused by the name change. Slick marketing does not change the fact that the terms "Progressive" and "Socialist" are virtually synonymous in politics today; nor does it change the fact that the most prominent manifestation of the socialist (progressive) political machine today, the Congressional Progressive Caucus (CPC), presently holds the reins of power and constitutes the largest voting block of Democrats
in House of Representatives. This group of 81 representatives and senators has deep and long-standing ties to the socialist movement in America and is presently pushing its Marxist agenda into legislation, strategically dismantling the constitution in the process.

"In more recent years, the Congressional Progressive Caucus has gone underground in respect to their connection to the Democratic Socialists of America. Their roster is no longer published on the DSA website and they no longer publicly acknowledge their loyalty to the socialist organization."

_______________________
The most recent example of pushing this Marxist agenda into legislation is the passing of the so-called health care reform bill. CPC members pushed this bill, nurtured it and rammed it down our throats through parliamentary trickery in the dark of night… not to reform health care, but rather, to transform the United States into a socialist country. Throughout the rest of this report, we will examine the history and membership of the CPC (and a complete list of CPC members can be found at the conclusion of this report).
We will expose the CPC's deeply held socialist beliefs, and its close ties to the Democratic Socialists of America, (DSA) a group committed to neo-Marxist ideology. We will also expose the CPC's role in the dangerous, and perhaps treasonous, global socialist movement, and the CPC's ties to Socialist International (SI), whose members seek world domination.
The Congressional Progressive Caucus – A Socialist Collective:
As previously mentioned, the Congressional Progressive Caucus (CPC) is perhaps the most powerful, caucus within the United States Congress with over 80 declared members, and works to advance progressive issues and positions.
The Caucus is co-chaired by Representatives Raúl Grijalva (D-AZ) and Lynn Woolsey (D-CA).
Of the 20 standing committees of the House of the House of Representatives, 11 are chaired by members of the CPC. [2]
The CPC's founding statement highlights a list of bold initiatives that are intended to consolidate power, out of the hands of citizens and into the grip of the government, and centralize the planning of our economy.
The founding statement of purpose also calls for so-called "social justice" and promotes the redistribution of wealth through higher taxation on corporations and wealthy individuals. Of course, placing such an unfair burden on successful companies is merely a means to an end.
Ironically, the ultimate purpose of such wealth redistribution is not to level the playing field for all Americans, but rather, to strangle productivity and legalize government meddling in all major industry, as we are currently seeing in the auto, banking, and oil industries. In short, the ultimate purpose is control. Another goal outlined in the CPC's founding statement is the re-allotment of military spending. At a time when our enemies are more determined and focused than ever, the CPC intends to weaken our military presence in the world. This makes perfect sense from the perspective of the larger goal of installing a global socialist regime to manage the affairs of the world. And for that to happen, the American military must be subjugated to the demands of the "common global good".
Another tenant of the CPC is to create an ever-growing government that seeks to control the everyday lives of American families. The founding platform calls for a "substantial increase in federal funding for social programs".
[2] Through instituting massive tax increases, the CPC seeks to control everything; the health care we receive… the food we eat… and even the manner in which we worship. Exemplified by the current government takeover of health care, this faction of congressional leaders is succeeding in penetrating into key facets of our lives. It has begun its intrusion into religion by seeking to legalize the perversion of marriage and criminalize speech which runs counter to the radical homosexual political agenda. This is also obviously a pruning of the cherished tenant of free speech. The non-profit organization most closely associated with the Congressional Progressive Caucus is the American Progressive Caucus Policy Foundation, which works to connect the caucus to progressives outside the Congress.
Although officially bi-partisan, the group's mission is to raise funds and support progressive legislation in the House of Representatives. [2] Additionally, the CPC is also populated by members of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), whose agenda is markedly anti-capitalist, and ironically neither Democratic nor American.
Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Ron Dellums (DCA), Lane Evans (D-IL),
Thomas Andrews (D-ME), Peter DeFazio (D-OR), and Maxine Waters (D-CA).
And clearly, CPC members in Congress have already taken advantage of the current financial crisis to push for the regulation of major industries, Wall Street, our health care system, the auto industry and seek to control just about every other industry through the promoting of so-called Cap and Trade legislation.
In 2005 the Progressive Caucus crafted its "Progressive Promise" document… a document which advocated the following positions:
-Establishing universal, government provided health care.
-Trade agreements that favor the rights foreign workers over Americans.
-The right of all workers to organize into labor unions and engage in collective bargaining.
-The abolition of the USA PATRIOT Act.
-The legalization of same-sex marriage.
-A complete pullout from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
-An increase in income tax rates.
-An increase in welfare spending by the federal government.
As you can readily see, many of these positions are being transformed into policy right before our very eyes; and additionally, these positions are extremely similar in scope and posture to those of the DSA.
The Democratic Socialists of America
The CPC has deep connections to the Democratic Socialists of America and openly promotes its ideology. The DSA is the socialist organization in America today with thousands of members working to bring about the end of our republic as we know it. In 1999 WorldNetDaily.com reported that the DSA hosted the website of the CPC.
Within days of the publication of this report, the CPC removed its site from the DSA server and information connecting the organizations was then washed from the websites of the CPC and DSA. Despite this cursory attempt to distance themselves for one another, the DSA and the Progressive Caucus remain intimately linked.
Seventy of the 83 Progressive Caucus members also belong to DSA. [4]
Don't be fooled by the use of the word "democratic". It is really nothing more than a red herring meant to distance this socialist movement from its true leftist roots. Since the turn of the twentieth century, the socialist movement in American has stumbled forward achieving some small measure of success, at various times, in fits and starts. Of course, left wing radicals have never had an enduring socialist organization in America. The DSA was formed in 1983 from the merger of two foundering socialist groups, The New American Movement (NAM) and The Democratic Socialist Organizing Committee (DSOC).
To go even deeper and really take the mask off of the DSA, to reveal its true colors, we must also take a look at a group called Socialists International, (SI). The DSA is the American arm of this world-wide organization. Its agenda is basically to install a one-world order to manage global trade and environmental resources and impose
its will on all people regardless of national or regional government. "Ever since its inception in 1951, the Socialist International has made cosmetic efforts to distance itself from communist socialists. It continues to do so, sprinkling its calls for socialism and global governance with assurances of support for 'democratic' principles. However, its democratic bona fides and its supposed opposition to totalitarian socialism are as threadbare today as they ever have been."
NewAmerican.com [5]
Bolstered by the ear of a sympathetic regime which has usurped the White House, SI now has tremendous influence… the likes of which it has never enjoyed. In addition to the White House, SI, through the CPC, has the ear of more than 30 percent of the Democratic Majority in the House of Representatives… almost 20 percent of the entire House of Representatives.
Who Are The Socialists In Congress?
Some of the key players (past and present) in this hostile group (the CPC) are profiled below.
Nancy Pelosi was the chair of the CPC until she was elected Speaker of the House. She is also a member of the DSA. Pelosi's record attests to her anticapitalist, pro-union positions, winning her a 93% approval rating from the ACLU. Her socialist leanings are clear. Consider the following comments Pelosi made on property rights during an appearance on Meet The Press which are summarized below in an article appearing in Human Events.
[According to Pelosi] If we put offshore drilling on the table, we get to put a whole lot of other issues on the table, like tax breaks for oil companies, and even levying new taxes on oil companies for using the oil that "belongs to the American people." She went on and on for 5 minutes talking about how these oil companies profit off of oil that "is the American people's"... Nancy forgot, this country is based on ~240 years of PROPERTY OWNERSHIP, including mineral rights. [6]
Bernie Sanders is the mastermind and founder of the Congressional Progressive Caucus and a self-described socialist. In 1990 Bernie Sanders, who ran for local office previously as a Socialist, was elected to the House of Representatives as an Independent. Sanders served eight terms in the House. In 2004 he won 69% of the vote against Democratic and Republican challengers and was elected to the senate. Just before his election to the U.S. Senate, again, as an Independent, the 65-year-old New York transplant was asked by a Washington Post reporter: "Are you now or have you ever been a Socialist?" Sanders replied, "Yeah. I wouldn't deny it. Not for one second."
Barak Obama is no longer an official member of the CPC since he is no longer a Member of Congress. Obama's socialist backing was a significant factor in his meteoric political rise. As reported by Cliff Kincaid with Accuracy in Media.
"Obama's socialist backing goes back at least to 1996, when he received the endorsement of the Chicago branch of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) for an Illinois state senate seat .... Obama's stint as a "community organizer" in Chicago has gotten some attention, but his relationship with the DSA socialists, who groomed and backed him, has been generally ignored." [8]
Conclusion
With the sweeping changes that are coming about, forced on us by left wing ideological radicals who have taken over our government, it is easy to give up hope and believe that we should barricade ourselves in a compound with muskets and provisions. However if the people of America who believe in the founding principles of this country… who believe in the ideals of personal and religious freedom… who believe in the God given rights of liberty… can realize the true socialist threat that confronts us, we can expose it for what it truly is and defeat it. So feel free, now that you have this exclusive report, to distribute it widely. Print it out and share it with your friends and associates. Email it to those that you know. Together, we can spread the truth and the Truth shall set us free.

12. To save America: Stopping Obama's secular socialist machine. Newt Gingrich; 2010, Regnery Publishing
The History of the CPC:
The Congressional Progressive Caucus (CPC) was established in 1991 by six members of the United States House of Representatives:Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Ron Dellums (DCA), Lane Evans (D-IL),
Thomas Andrews (D-ME), Peter DeFazio (D-OR), and Maxine Waters (D-CA).
The founding members reasoned their agenda was necessitated by the economic hardshipimposed by the deepening recession. What better apparatus to use than the Democratic Party to advance the directives of the DSA? The CPC may soft-pedal its Socialist ideology in the new Congress, but a 1999 position paper on economic inequality clearly shows their rejection of capitalism and the free market.
_______________________"On November 11, 1999, the Progressive Caucus drafted its Position Paper on economic inequality. It reads, in part, as follows: 'Economic inequality is the result of two and a half decades of government policies and rules governing the economy being tilted in favor of large asset owners at the expense of wage earners. Tax policy, trade policy, monetary policy, government regulations and other rules have reflected this pro-investor bias. We propose the introduction or reintroduction of a package of
legislative initiatives that will close America's economic divide and address both income and wealth disparities.'"[3]
_______________________legislative initiatives that will close America's economic divide and address both income and wealth disparities.'"[3]
